Nexen Workshops offer innovative hybrid workspace solutions for the modern workforce. Our goal is to provide a top-tier co-working experience through a blend of stylish design and personalised service. In addition to offering workspace amenities, Nexen takes care of essential operational tasks and offers support for startups, allowing you to concentrate on your work. The monthly fee encompasses various services such as Wi-Fi, Government rents/rates, management fee, daily cleaning, and round-the-clock access. Electricity is charged at HK$1.70 per meter unit with a refundable deposit of HK$1000. We provide furniture leasing options at HK$55 per item per month (e.g. desk, chair, pedestal) and IP Phones can be leased for HK$200 monthly. The lease term is a minimum of 6 months, with a requirement of a 2-month deposit and 1 month prepayment. Furthermore, clients receive non-accumulative meeting room credits of 2 hours per workspace per month that can be utilised across various Nexen locations.
