Nexen Workshops offer hybrid workspace solutions for the next generation. We aim to provide a top-tier co-working space experience by blending modern design with attentive customer service. Besides offering a workspace, Nexen manages all the necessary backend operations and offers services for nurturing startups, allowing you to concentrate on your work. The monthly fee covers various amenities like Wi-Fi, government rents/rates, management fees, and daily cleaning, with round-the-clock access. Electricity usage is billed at HK$1.70 per meter unit, accompanied by a refundable deposit of HK$1000. If needed, furniture can be rented at HK$55 per item each month (e.g., desk, chair, pedestal), while IP Phones are available for lease at HK$200 monthly. Contracts are a minimum of 6 months, requiring a 2-month deposit and 1-month advance payment. Additionally, members receive non-accumulative meeting room credits of 2 hours per workspace per month that can be utilised across different Nexen locations.
